Parent Network, we are parents supporting parents. We understand firsthand that raising children and youth with behavioral, emotional, developmental, and mental health needs can feel overwhelming at times. Tuesday, July 7th, 3:30 to 5:30 pm, Calais: Healthy Acadia invites community members to celebrate the opening of our newest office location at 295 North St., Suite 5, in Calais. Join us on Tuesday, July 7, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm for an open house featuring refreshments, conversation, and community connection. Guests will have an opportunity to tour the new office, meet Healthy Acadia staff, Board members, partners, and neighbors, and learn more about the programs and services supporting health and wellbeing in Washington County. Starting in Baileyville July 7th: Join Debbie Pottle, RN, CDCES, Clinical Coordinator at Beth C. Wright Cancer Center, on the first Tuesday of each month (with the exception of August 18th) for the new Thriving Tuesday Series! On July 7th, the focus area will be skin cancer. Debbie will hold group sessions from 11:30 am –12 noon and 2:30–3 pm, both sessions followed by individual facial scanning. You are also invited to try acupuncture with Eunice Francis from 10–11 am as well as Tai Chi with Lisa Schaefer from 1– 2 pm.
