SUMMARY:Effectively Communicating & Relating Across Poverty Barriers
DESCRIPTION:Please join the Community Caring Collaborative and Working Communities Challenge for an impactful morning workshop with national poverty expert Dr. Donna Beegle.  In this 3-hour\, in-person training\, Dr. Beegle uses activities to engage service providers\, leaders and educators to explore the impact of life experiences on communication styles and provide a framework for improving communication and relationships with people who live in the war zone of poverty. Washington County Community College is hosting this event in their St Croix Lecture Hall (Gym building).  Morning refreshments and Contact Hour Certificates will be provided.  Dr. Beegle will also be signing copies of her books for sale. \nWe are no longer accepting registrations for this training.
