Matt Donahue is President & CEO of Heart of Maine United Way, where he leads efforts to mobilize communities to action so all can thrive across six counties in Maine. Matt has played a key role in developing initiatives such as the Bundle early childhood program and The COMMUNITY: Maine’s Nonprofit Hub, helping drive collaborative approaches to complex community challenges. Known for building strong partnerships across the nonprofit, business, and public sectors, Matt works closely with community leaders, donors, and organizations to advance collaborative solutions that strengthen communities and expand opportunity across the region.
