Frontline Worker Forum – registration

Please join the CCC for our Frontline Worker Forum: Strategies for support during a rapidly changing landscape, facilitated by Julie Redding, LCPC, from 10 am — 2 pm in St. Anne’s Parish Hall, Calais.
Families and individuals are experiencing challenges unlike anything else in recent times. However, the frontline staff who support them face unparalleled challenges across resource sectors with rapidly changing information, access and reliability in a previously steady public benefits landscape, and how these impact their professional self-worth. Together, we’ll bring together data and voices from varying roles to understand the impacts these stressors have on the workforce and programs they make up and wisdom from the fields of stress and relational studies that can provide insight into strategies to support them.
Designed for Family Futures Downeast partners, this learning event is open to all CCC partner staff. Participants will receive a certificate for 3.5 contact hours. Please register by Monday, February 23rd.
