Assistance with Travel, Lodging or Meals

The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center with Free Me from Lung Cancer has partnered to help with the many financial challenges facing the Native American population living in the State of Maine fighting the fight with Lung Cancer and other lung related diseases. Treatment and medication can be costly. Other issues, like the cost of transportation to and from treatment, lodging, meals, can also be difficult to arrange and feel overwhelming.  Beth Wright provides limited financial assistance for treatment-related transportation, lodging, and nutrition to Native Americans across Maine affected by Lung cancer, and other lung related diseases. We can also provide support for screenings, prevention, follow-up treatments, and well-checks. Give us a call and let’s start the conversation.  The first step to applying for financial assistance is calling 207-664-0339 and speaking with a Beth Wright Cancer Patient Navigator to complete a brief intake, or email us at info@bethwrightcancercenter.org with “freeme” in the subject line.
