Recovery and Employment Program
Together with many partners, the Community Caring Collaborative (CCC) is developing a Recovery & Employment program, a program for people in recovery from addiction who are looking for training opportunities and jobs. The CCC believes that getting the design of this program right will only be possible with your input. Therefore, we would like to ask you a few questions to understand the difficulties individuals in recovery face when pursuing employment. This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. We will award one lucky respondent with a $50 gift card, so please share your name and contact information if you would like to enter the drawing.
