Abby Frutchey, MSW, LADC, CCS, is the Substance Use Response Coordinator for Community Caring Collaborative. Her role focuses on the development of a recovery and employment program, partner and community training, and technical assistance around needs related to substance use disorders. Abby is a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor, providing clinical services in Washington County prior to joining the CCC team. She is a member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and has devoted many hours of volunteer work at the community level on substance use prevention and recovery advocacy. A lifelong resident of Washington County, Abby holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management and Master’s degree in Social Work. Abby lives on beautiful Bog Lake with her husband Brian and three children – Keenan, Brianna, and Micah.
