Abby Frutchey, LADC, CCS, is the Substance Use Response Coordinator for Community Caring Collaborative focusing on the development of a recovery and employment program, community training, and technical assistance around needs related to substance use disorders. Abby comes to the CCC with 8 years of experience practicing as a licensed substance abuse treatment provider in Washington County.  Abby is a DEEP certified provider and is trained in Differential Substance Abuse Treatment, Matrix Model, Moral Reconation Therapy, and Adult & Youth Suicide Assessment.  She is a member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and has devoted many hours of volunteer work at the community level  on substance use prevention and recovery advocacy.  A lifelong resident of Washington County, Abby holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management and is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work program through the University of Maine, Orono.  Abby lives on beautiful Bog Lake with her husband Brian and three children – Keenan, Brianna, and Micah.
