Building Age-Friendly Communities from the Ground Up

The CCC and Washington County Thriving in Place invite Washington County town managers and select board members to join us for a lunch meeting with Patricia Oh, AARP Age-Friendly Consultant, to explore how joining AARP’s network of age-friendly communities can benefit your town.  Hear from representatives of communities in Washington and Hancock Counties that have already joined this network.  Learn the process for receiving an age-friendly community designation.  12:30 to 3:30 at the Kay Parker Building in Machias.  Lunch will be provided.  Registration for this meeting is now closed.  Please contact Christine at claurel@cccmaine.org if you would like to attend.
