Elder Abuse Awareness & Response Workshop

The Elder Abuse Institute of Maine, together with Next Step and the CCC, is hosting a free workshop on October 10th from 1-5 pm at the Calais Congregational Church, 21 Calais Avenue. This event is for community volunteers, social service agency staff, medical providers, law enforcement, and faith community members. Participants will learn to identify potential elder abuse, what resources are available to help victims and families, and what they can do to help. Call 207-712-8551 for more information.
