CCC is please to announce a new training: From Trauma to Trauma-Informed: enhancing the customer experience, for FFD Partners but open to all CCC partner organizations. Julie Redding, LCPC, presents a resilience-oriented approach, moving from trauma information to neuroscience-based action, supporting practical skills to build greater capacity for self-regulation and self-care in both service providers and clients.
